Hello,

I have decided to go back to school and get a degree in Holistic nutrition. Does any one know if Clayton College of Natural Health or the University of Natural Health is better?

Is either one accredited? If one is than I would choose that school.

That college is a degree mill. It's ok (expensive, but ok) if you are already established in the field and you are just looking for a way to enhance your title...but coursework taken there in highly non-transferable.

MissShona, which one?
Clayton seems to have the list of mandatory classes plus 60 credits in elective classes that you have to take for a degree.

I received a phone message today from Univ of Nat Health and they only make you take 6 classes and consider it a degree.

With regards to Clayton, a brief google search reveals:
Clayton College of Natural Health: Be Wary of the School and Its Graduates

Certainly any college which tells you that six classes is worth a degree is also a diploma mill and should be shut down.

Thanks for your help...I listened to what you said and looked into the schools more. I decided on Kaplan. They are federally funded and such, they did not have exactly what I was looking for, but at least I will get a 'real' degree!
