Yeah, if you're one of the ~15,000 or so students out of millions who qualifies for both admissions and funding at those 3 schools.
The U.S. News top 30 has a TOTAL enrollment of something like 150k. They are the elites. It'd be a lot less than that but some bigger publics like UC Berkeley just barely make the cut.
