"Sleepy Hollow" set to film in New Bern next week | News - WCTI NewsChannel 12

"NEW BERN, CRAVEN COUNTY - A new FOX television series, "Sleepy Hollow," will be filmed in New Bern starting next week.
Filming will take place at Tryon Palace on Monday and Tuesday. Film crews are already on the grounds of the palace, building set pieces for the shoot. Filming will take place at night so as not to affect normal operating hours for Tryon Palace.
This is the first time Tryon Palace has been used for a major film production.
The mystery-adventure action series is slated to premiere in September.
Revo Casting Calls has announced they are looking for men, women and children to apply for background roles. Those interested in applying must have good health and be able to wear warm clothing in warm temperatures. Those who apply must have long hair, with no contemporary hair cuts or hair dye.
Men should be between 5?6? to 6?4," according to Revo Casting Calls. They must be sizes 36 to 46 in suits and have shoe sizes no bigger than 12.
Women will be corseted, Revo Casting Calls stated. Female applicants can be up to a size 12 or a waist of 32 inches. Casting members are looking for most women to be between the sizes of zero to six and have shoe sizes between five and 10.
All who apply must be able to travel to Wilmington for a wardrobe fitting sometime next week. Compensation is available for the fitting.
To apply, email sleepyhollowbackground@gmail.com, subject line: "New Bern 1700's." Please include your name, phone number, photo, age, height, weight, and pant/shirt/jacket/shoe sizes."

They were filming in Havelock at Sherwood Motel today
