New apartment complex proposed in Wilmington

The address is 2945 Moynet Way, according to documents submitted to Wilmington planning officials. A Google map search, however, did not turn up that address. A new street, perhaps?

The documents don't say where it is. The only clue is the name: "Midtown Developers". But I noticed that the huge majority of apartments are 1 or 2 bedroom, and there are only 12 apartments with 3 bedrooms. It is as if they expect most renters will not have children.
