That second East Palo Alto link really does remind me a lot of neighborhoods in South Florida. Southern California has a lot of neighborhoods that remind me of South Florida as well. Heres some examples of some Sofla neighborhoods.

The rest of the peninsula looks like that too east of el camino real...

For some reason the hoods in the bay generally look worse than their equivalents in LA... the above aint even the hood
