Ya, that would sure help. I didn't know they were low income. I'm alright with that to remove so many vacant buildings from the area but agree on market rate being a better solution.

Major projects keep coming online and new ones keep beginning. More restaurants are coming and the ones here are packed. Smaller developers and rehabbers seem to be multiplying. North of Liberty is seeing more growth and interest.
