I am looking for a home between Dayton and Cincinnati, and I am thinking about newer construction, around 1800 square feet (could go higher but not realistically much lower), around $350K. I am not opposed to a patio home or even a condo. I want a small yard. Please advise! Thank you! Planning a trip to the area in January or February.

Ryan Homes and Drees are to be avoided based on all the negative reviews alone!
