Hi All,

We had this guy stop by our gas station on Kenwood Road this morning and apparently his card did not get charged for the gas due to a technical issue. This is all our camera got of him. Anyone recognize this logo? It was kind of a maintenance/construction truck. Any help to get to know the company would be greatly appreciated.

I can't make out enough on the side of that truck to begin to recognize it. All of those for some one who skipped on a tank of gas, you want to track him down? You people must be invalid. Write it off as a bad debt and be done with it.

I can't make it out. Honestly, if it was a technical issue, wouldn't that be consider more a fault on your side than his?

How do you have a technical issue? The card either registers or it doesn't. What is this technical issue?

So you have his name and card #?

If you don't, as the next contractor that comes by the store. They're a lot more likely to know than us.

That what I would guess; the scanner didn't pick up the card. But if that were the case, the pump shouldn't have opened (assuming he was paying at the pump).

'Tis a mystery, indeed!

Thank you all for the replies. His card got authorized on the pump but as he was fuelling the whole system just rebooted, so we missed his transaction. His name and card details cannot be found too. The problem is he fuelled for 80 bucks. If it was lesser we could have just skipped it.

To me, that sounds like one of those unfortunate events you just have to live with. I don't know how cooperative I'd be if I were approached about a situation like this.
