I do not believe that Halloween is evil, or demonically inspired. As a Christian however, when Halloween overshadows Easter about 100 to 1 in America- that says about all we need to know about what is important and what is not.
I would suggest a personality change. And perhaps some understanding of American history for good measure. Religious faith has had a profound influence on American history in good and bad ways, making it a rich historical vein to mine. My daughter has already published papers and lectured at conferences. I think she's going to be just fine.

For the poster who complains that Halloween is bigger than Easter, so what? Look how big Christmas is and if one tries to be inclusive by wishing a happy holiday it is called a war on Christmas and Christmas is by far the largest holiday in the country.
