I am looking for a recommendation for a realtor, specializing in the Naperville and North Suburbs area. I want someone direct, honest, aggressive, and very experienced. I have specific criteria (i.e. excellent schools, new/relatively new housing), and will be visiting the Chicago area at the end of April. Thanks

You will need to find two separate real estate agents -- Naperville is a MASSIVE market all be itself and I would not trust anyone that is experienced in that area to be of much help at all in the North Suburbs.
Similarly depending on your price range and desired location in the North Suburbs you will probably want to locate an agent that is comfortable with no more than a couple of the major sub-markets. If you want "excellent schools" then you probably will want to narrow the list to those that have been consistent performers as documented by a source like US News:

I would further caution that depending on your definition "new / relatively new" some towns with a history of high performing schools will only have very expensive housing as the stock of teardowns is quite pricey...
