That's crazy, like you said even if it was old uneven sidewalk I'd almost prefer that consistantly than that and some smooth sidewalk. You kind of get used to one texture or whatever and every house that changed you'd be tripping all over yourself lol

This house (mansion? estate?) is now for sale ... will be interesting to see how long it takes to sell. It's quite unique for the area.

Yes, that was the house in question. $15 mil is laughable.

I was going to offer list price until I saw the property taxes. $90K per year.

Wouldn't surprise me if they get close to that price in todays market.

Ken Griffin paid $58.5M for the top 4 floors of a Gold Coast condo building and has literally done nothing to the units since purchase. Rest of building has been completed for a while but you can see the space is still raw with abandoned construction materials inside. Pocket change for him but still why do that and then do nothing to it and on top of that lose money? His sudden splurge in real estate purchases in Chi, NY and Lon over that year never made sense to me.
