Anyone have any opinions of the neighborhood? We just saw a great house for rent there. It has everything we want, but the neighborhood looked kind of empty. We're planning on going back for another look during the day, but was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the development.
TIA

All I can tell you is that it's in a nice area of Mallard Creek. I believe it was an Eastwood Homes development and I'm not sure they ever finished the neighborhood.

Its a nice quite neighborhood, my brother has been living there for 7 years now and he loves it. The community is finished. It is on a dead end street so no one has to go towards the neighborhood if they dont live there. It is also nicely located between a golf course and Mallard creek park. In addition it is right off Mallard Creek rd which goes directly to Concord Mills mall and it also has a connector to 485 which connects to 77 and 85.
