Default Renwick

My wife and I purchased a Renwick condo downtown in 2004 when it was annouced. They waited until the project was under construction and then canceled everyone's contract in order to resell to others at a higher price. Not sure if your looking to buy one but we learned from this horrible experience that the builder writes the contract in the favor to allow then to back out at anytime they wish leaving you high and dry. Hope this helps!

I still have refused to cancel my contract. I have filed complaints with the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Anyone care to join the filing?

Did you sign the request to terminate your contract?

Renwick is located on 6th St. between McDowell and Caldwell. The project is located next to Quarterside and The Enclave, hope that helps.
