is that loss in fingers a permanent thing do you know? Or will it return eventually?
Love your attitude and wishing the best for you.
Permanent. And unfortunately Colon cancer has also moved into my liver. My odds are now 30%. And I can be pretty sure that the next rounds of chemo will cause further neuropathy assuming I survive. I will do what needs to be done to maximize survival, but it does mean that my working days may be over, which im having a bit of a rough time with.

sorry didn't see this sooner. Don't come here that often. Good to see you're still posting.
Fenbendazole worm infestation medication is considered a promising cure for several cancers. Fenbendazole has been safely utilized as an anti-parasitic for various different animal species and could be repurposed for treating human malignancies.
Posting here, after 11 years of my husband's death, realize how he approached his Stage 4 cancer. He was preparing for his final destination to his eternal home.
First, our 2 sons arrived from another state, came immediately, then his 2 sisters came later from other states.
Sent for funeral arrangements, the Neptune Society agent came to our home. My husband showed me how to do things, ie make coffee, pump gas. Our car was 17 years old, purchased a new model, used vehicle.
No lamenting, just matter of fact. Six months later, he was in his eternal home. Me, sorta numb. He had been disabled for 25 years, no short term memory. One thing someone told me, there's no time limit ie one year.
After 11 years, lots of reflection. The Grief and Mourning Thread most helpful, comfort. It seems there were several recent widows in their 60's. One widow I know, said to ask about a memory they can share.
It is a journey, have moved on though find it interesting ? it can come back ? .
Helpful ? People do not know how to respond. Was asked almost by everyone, "If there's anything I can do for you ....". Didn't know what I needed. Bruce would have so enjoyed a short visit, flowers, a meal. Think of the caregiver, flowers, a meal ......
So now, I ask or bring a meal, may I vacuum (it's therapy for me !). One woman brings paper goods, toilet paper, paper plates for out of town people who come to visit.
