river bluff homes are available. Theyre somewhat cheaper than a sacramentoe fab 40, but not much more than a crusty victorian

Sacramento
There is an average of 3470 hours of sunlight per year (of a possible 4383) with an average of 9:30 of sunlight per day.
It is sunny 79.2% of daylight hours. The remaining 20.8% of daylight hours are likely cloudy or with shade, haze or low sun intensity

Fresno
There is an average of 3708 hours of sunlight per year (of a possible 4383) with an average of 10:09 of sunlight per day.
It is sunny 84.6% of daylight hours. The remaining 15.4% of daylight hours are likely cloudy or with shade, haze or low sun intensity.

Phoenix
There is an average of 4041 hours of sunlight per year (of a possible 4383) with an average of 11:03 of sunlight per day.
It is sunny 92.2% of daylight hours. The remaining 7.8% of daylight hours are likely cloudy or with shade, haze or low sun intensity.

Not sure if accurate, but it's more believable than those old websites showing Sacramentoe sunnier than Fresno. Hogwash

Been on a long streak of good air quality in the central valley, but that will be ending soon.

Texas will be keep being texas.

The moisture map right now
Fresno was in the 30s yesterday

So humid down south right now. Eek

I want to make a summer weather prediction, but its best to wait for noaas May summer prediction to come out before i do. The only guarantee this summer seems to be a very hot arizona. Most prediction outlets have it cooking. AZ better pray for a miracle.
