A pic of a place, on Bigbear Lake.

The guy that owns it?

Anyone remember Bugs Bunny, or Foghorn Leghorn, or Elmer Fudd, or Daffy Duck, or Sylvester (AND Tweety?) Amongst LOTS of others?

Mel Blanc was the voice of those characters, along with MANY others. Mel's son lives there now. He does "voice work" too...

I took a stroll yesterday to see if the creek is flowing after the rain (it is). This is the part of Orange County that you don't see from the 5 or 405.

A great day, when you can see them from such a distance!

I hiked up that peak years ago.

I recall reading someplace, that -- on the very clearest of days -- from its summit,
Mt Whitney is visible (and therefore San G visible from Whitney too).

Pretty sure, you can see Santa Catalina Island, from San G, also....
