Badlander is spot on. There's no tax on a private sale between individuals, and only a dealer will charge you GST. If you're trading in, you'll also get a credit of the value of the GST on your trade in against the value of the vehicle you're purchasing.
And i have a rhd car im planning to bring it from montreal, i know i need a provincial inspection, will i have trouble to pass it if its rhd( right hand drive)?

There's no inspections in Alberta. There's also lots of JDM cars.

Out-of-province cars are actually required to pass inspection in Alberta prior to registration. I believe that B.C. also requires the same of out-of-province cars in that province.
Be careful, OP -- some mechanics obligate you to get all kinds of unnecessary work done before they'll pass the vehicle. It might be an idea to find a place that does inspections only -- no repair work -- so that you might improve the odds you won't get ripped off. Some of the standards can be as silly as they are unnecessary.
The process is pretty straightforward: a licenced shop inspects your vehicle against provincial standards. Deficiencies, if any, are noted and then the work required to pass is prescribed. You can take your car around to a variety of garages and get quotes for the necessary work if you want, having the work done in a garage of your choice, and then you return with the vehicle for an inspection afterwards to see if it passes. (Be aware that some shops will charge you again for that second inspection. Best to clear that up first.) If I recall correctly, the same mechanic must do both inspections.
The below-mentioned shop does inspection work only, but it's located in Edmonton. They might be able to recommend a trustworthy inspection-only shop in Calgary, though. It might be worth your while to contact them and find out if they can.

My bad. Wasn't part of the process the last time I had to do it (which is now many years ago)
I heard they brought it in because too many cars which had been written off by ICBC and which weren't thought to be roadworthy were being sold over the mountains and plated in Alberta. I don't know how true that is, but there have been a few media stories about body shops in B.C. putting unsafe cars back on the road. I think that Marketplace or some other CBC show did an investigative piece about this practice a few years ago. B.C. responded in kind with its own requirement for out-of-province inspections as a result if I'm not mistaken.
