Hi. I dont know Calgary and surrounding area at all. Would love feedback on a good area where to purchase a house. Looking for a new to newish area, good schools (all levels). Not too condensed an area and not starter home central. (Mid to high end larger new homes). Area with lots of greenspace and walking paths.I was originally thnking Okotoks but think that migt be too far a daily drive for the U of C attendee. ? Any feedback on Chestermere? What are desirable areas within city limits? Not downtown. Areas pooping up in my MLS searches such as Auburn, Panorama, Kincora, Legacy, many in northwest calgary. Would love some feedback as to what is considered a preferred area.

Thanks in advance.
