Who has seen the GE commercial with the Goo's "Better Days" featured? It's an awesome commercial, and best that our Buffalo Goo's are featured! (note to moderators: please don't move this thread, the Goo Goo Dolls are Buffalo, born and bred. )

Yeah! I've seen (heard) that commercial for a while now. It's pretty cool that they are even making it to these types of things now. Truly awesome!
I once met one of the dads of these guys, I asked him what he used to say to him in high school - he laughed and said - cut your hair and get a frigging job lol - I was treated to wedding pics by his mom!!
The production of commercial is awesome! If you haven't seen it, or you want to see it again, here's the link to the GE site who has it available for download. GE Audio & Video: Stream GE, Streaming Video (http://www.ge.com/news/audio_video/tv_commercials.html - broken link)
I love that commercial and the goo goo dolls, they are such a great part of Buffalo. I know they are making a new album right now and I can't wait to hear some new music from them.

I sat on the "bear show" bleachers (along with many others) where there was a view of the Grandstand stage during the Goo Goo Dolls concert at the NYS Fair in Syracuse last year. Not the best view, but you could still hear them perfectly.
I grew up seeing GE and their "imagine" theme. I grew up knowing the goo's are everything Buffalo. HT GE for giving "Buffalo" a signature to their latest commecial GE's imagine & "Better Days" ...... a perfect match.
While, its nice to see a Buffalo band make it big, I can't say I've ever been a fan.
To me, the best music acts to come out of Buffalo are Spyro Gyra and the late Rick James.
