I am planning on moving to the Louisville/Boulder area and was wondering if there are any extended type stay hotels in the area? I found an extended stay america in Westminster, but I am looking for something cheaper and possibly closer to the area?

There are many, too many to list here. Use Trip Advisior or Expedia and search Briomfield, Louisville and Boulder.

Might want to consider taking a look into VRBO properties. Plenty around, tend to only rent a month at a time maximum (think that has to do with licensing restrictions). But furnished and, from our experience so far they will rent monthly for less then displayed on the web sites - getting ready to rent our second after getting into town.

Twin Lakes Inn in north boulder/gunbarrel has extended stay rates, kitchens and includes continental breakfast. I got a quote from them for 1350/month, or 465/week; not sure if their rates change seasonally.

Hey, jessrmccar, have you stayed at this place yet? Recommend it? Which one is it? I'm getting overwhelmed by the choices and just when I think I find one I dig up horrible reviews.

Thanks!

I am here at the hotel and it's not bad. I was a little skeptical about staying here after reading some reviews online, but was pleasantly surprised. Great location if looking for a place close to Denver and Boulder.
However, I was greatly saddened when I showed up and there was no cooktop in the room as pictured online. I solved the problem by buying my own hot plate.

Default Hello

Hey I'm in the same boat and looking for a place as well for a couple of months ...So tell me how did it end up working out for you staying there? Is it big and comfortable enough for one person? I want to move to the Denver area and would like to do what you did. How long did you stay there? I like the price of 850 per month that's not bad at all. What is the name of this place maybe I'll look into it as well thanks!

The boulder hostel has extended stay rooms. My cousin lived there for a wile, it gets pretty hot during the summer, but its cheap. I think its like 750 a month.

There's a Marriott suites in Louisville i'm pretty sure offers extended stays in Louisville near Delilah and dillion.
