I know what 2800 hp is!!! That is about 450 tops! Amazing what kind of wow numbers people get turning the screw out on the dyno! Now if you want 2800 hp, I have a twin turbo Pontiac that makes 1884hp on a conservative dyno, and that skyline wouldn't be close to keeping up! Here's a glance at the kind of chassis it takes to hold that kind of power; One of the pictures with the engine in a chassis belongs to Rodney Butler in Tn. and is very simular to my engine set up.
even though the skylines numbers are BS lets fun sake say he does make 2800 hp why would he put that motor in a street car I would put that in a drag car where you can actually use that kinda power cause driving in heavy traffic on the street is a waste of all that power.
