A few weeks ago I got an oil and filter change in my 2010 Camaro V6 at a Goodyear Service Center, it was $88.00 total. This shop used Valvoline full synthetic, and my car takes 6 quarts of oil.

Reason: added in more info
I was set back $49.95 for an oil change but it came with a free car wash that goes for $5. I read that if you're a member there its $29.95. I was going to the dealer who do a thorough job checking everything but can't go right now due to time constraints. It was maybe a few dollars cheaper.
I have a coupon here from the Subaru dealer and the discounted price for the dealer oil change on a Forester, full synthetic oil, is $60. It's more than it used to be, but oil changes are cheap insurance, so I don't try to avoid changing the oil.
I went to Jiffy Lube a couple times and won't go back. They wanted 60+ bucks for a 4-cylinder car
Back in 2015 I paid $80 for the first oil change at a Jiffy-type place on a I4 with synthetic oil.
If I didn't do every other oil change myself, my local Jiffy charges $101.99 (+tax) for a synthetic oil change.
My local independent garage changes the oil (5 qts), rotates the tires, checks the fluids, checks brakes, wipers and other parts and it only costs $24.99. Also does under dash diagnostic test for free.

That's good price they are losing money on that deal I suppose when they find something to fix, they make up the losses.
DIY is about $5-10 for a filter and $35 for a 5-quart jug of synthetic fluid. Add another $7-8 if you need an additional quart or two. My cars take 6 so $50 is my DIY price for a 6-qt syn oil change.
I dont see how i could DIY for $19.99 as the filter is almost half the cost and the oil would have to be really bottom barrel.
To be fair, I think that the $19.95 with a coupon oil change was something of a loss leader to get you in the door. I know mechanics aren’t buying retail but most of my cars the oil alone is roughly $20.
Factor in shop overhead, disposal, etc, $65 seems eminently reasonable.

Those prices were for Dinosaur oil or the cheapest blend they had on hand. I think with more and more cars requiring 0W-20 synthetic those coupons have dried up as it just led to irritated customers.
