There is so much FAIL in this video, that I don't even know where to start. I thought you might all like to see it, as an example of how not to drive or ride a bike.
I saw the first video on the news. From the second video, it looks like its pretty obvious the biker was not paying attention to the road, nor did he have his hand on the brake. Also, that car braked WAY TOO hard.

Yeah, they are both pretty terrible drivers. Worst part is that neither of them recognizes just how bad they are.
I hope the biker has a filled out organ donor card for the future.
I don't think so. He is too busy looking for a lawyer to sue the other driver in this video, for damaging his bike. For some strange reason he can't find a lawyer willing to take the case.
On that subject though, every biker should have to fill out an organ donor card, before they can get a motorcycle license. It's a very dangerous hobby, even for those who ride right. Riding like this just compounds the danger.
Tailgating always plays out well, especially for bikers.
My thoughts exactly. He got pissed off that the other car flew by him, so he sped up behind the other guy... to do what?
Some people just don't think about anything but the moment at hand.
