What are the rules on terminating a lease early?
What are my chances of not having to pay for mileage and or scuffs in the paint?
Anyone been through this already? What are your experiences?
Any dealers here can relinquish some inside info?
Thanks.

Is your Envoy on a two year lease? When you turn this car in and they look at the odemeter and see that you are about 6k over you limit, they will most likely charge you for every mile that you are over at a rate of about .5 or .10 cents per mile. Which means, if you are charged .05 cents per each mile you went over, you will most likely owe about $300. If you are charged .10 cents a mile, you will have to fish out about $600 bucks. I would suggest calling your lease company and asking them how much you would need to pay for being over this amount of miles and also ask them how much it would be to terminate this lease. Why did you lease a car with so little miles a year? I lease my cars and I always lease for 15,000 miles per year just to be safe. Sometimes, I lease for 12,000 miles per year, but that is the lowest I go. Also, you may be charged for all those scuffs and scratches you have made on the car as well, if they are really bad. Some lease companies do not car if they vehicle has a few scratches, but some of them go nuts about it. To terminate your lease early, you will most likely have to pay a pretty big fee which will hurt your wallet for a while.
