Good luck with the move. Nobody wants to do renovations, just too difficult. Even our neighbours who are tradies and engineers are loathe to face renovations.
I was in Woollahra today doing a grandchild school run. I love it there, except for the dire parking situation.
I imported my husband from the inner west but now cannot get him out of the Shire. He likes the east too, but too far from his golf courses and we would never be able to afford the view we have here.
