I am looking for a real estate agent in Austin who can guide me on good, safe places to buy a home with Indian communities.

Also, please suggest which are good places to buy new home with Indian communities. School is not an issue

Appreciate if you can please send me any details in this regard.

What kind of Indian realtor are you looking for? I know a few Chippewa, and a Lakota. They mostly sell ranches, though.

Why is it that people from India remain so insular and caste bound even after they emigrate to the USA or Canada?

Our countries are all about the mixture of cultures. Didn't you know that when you came here?

Live it up a little! Get to know some of the rest of us! We're pretty good neighbors.

I dunno.. if I moved to India, I'd be pretty freaked out and would want to live around Americans, especially if I wasn't fluent in Hindi. America is different from India though because 90% of Americans aren't from one ethnic group (anymore).

And not all people from India speak Hindi.

Is there an area with a big Indian community in Austin? In San Antonio there is a lot of Indians in the medical center, although of course it is not only Indians or anything. Is there a place like this in Austin where there are a lot more Indians? I have an Indian buddy that lives in the domain, but I don’t think it is because of an Indian community or anything lol, he just likes to party.

I'm not aware of any concentrated area, but there could be. I've had quite a few Indian colleagues here in Austin. Some lived in Southwest Austin, some lived in Westlake, some lived in North Austin, some lived in Pflugerville, etc. Pretty much all over the Austin area.

Just like the medical center isn’t the only Indian area in SA. Many southern Asians live in the stone oak area.
