Is anyone else out there in radio land tired of the ambulance chasing – sleezey lawyer commercials on TV? Everyday it seems a new one pops up promising to be on top of it, with an almost guaranteed cash payout without costing you a dime ‘cos they don’t get paid until you get paid.

I notice the worst one who has taken over the Austin ad market everywhere is openly bragging about raking off 40-50+% of the jury awards.

I think that, if they list settlements, they are required to break it down into where it goes - overhead, client, attorney.

Used to be just TJH, now it is several others.

If you’re doing a lot of streaming, it’s because the commercials are cheaper and they can target them based on data they have from your phone, driving habits and interactions.

Yeah, lawyers probably have an app that tells them (via your phone & onboard car computer) where you’ve had a wreck and who was at fault, so they can be Tommy on the spot.

Well, SOMEbody had to step in for the gun-collecting hand surgeon from Houston(passed away a few years ago). I had never seen SO many ads for one type of surgery !!! We wondered what was going on with hands when we moved here in '08.
