I wish I could find the article..I think it was an express news one that went in depth about this effect in far west San Antonio (which gives me Pflugerville vibes).
This happened in Phase 2 of my neighborhood. The developer sold the entire second phase to American Homes 4 Rent so now there are about 200 permanent rental homes in our development.
