Nope not really. Not enough to post a topic about it with updates. Just about every zip code has extremely low inventory.

Besides, just seems like bragging on your part...

you should look at the pendings. All the inexpensive homes are selling fast. What is left are the more expensive ones.

This one on my street was just listed this week. An estate sale.
The front lawn didn’t do well in the Big Freeze.

Every single listing is under contract. No active listings. Median sales price is up 93% over the last year.

We live in unprecedented times.
Bought my house as a HUD in 97 for $61,000.
Offers as high as $600,000
It is not the structure... it is the land they make revenues off of.
Not many people know, that Private Property is a natural right of mankind, protected by the 9th amendment.
Rights cannot be taxed. To hell with the deed(rental agreement) File for Title..... and watch he city attorneys flip ****
With title in hand, they cannot tax your private property(not real-estate)
Really want to screw with them... File a patent on the property as listed on your deed, or title.(Lot 2, Section 18, plot 4, River Hills)
Then Copyright your apelet name(IN ALL CAPS) this is what a municipality uses to allege you are a corporation(Capitus Dimenutio Maxima), to gain equal standing with you, in a court on a civil matter.
