Just look across the street in RBC or Walsh Trails. Lots of inventory in the last few days but heavy demand as well. I'd just go for a resale as they are all nice homes and new homes are way overpriced. RBC is a beautiful neighborhood compared to this park living thing Milestone is trying to sell. It's really not.

You’d probably be better off buying at Sauls Ranch in Round Rock.

This is an old post but for new folks coming by this, the information posted here is incorrect. Wilson Trace is a site-condominium, meaning each resident owns 100% of the house and 100% of the land up to the fence line (including paying property taxes on that land just like any other home owner). The only thing shared ownership is the common areas (such as the parks and pool house). Additionally, the association fees has remained at $150/mo since 2020, while the COA is still in good financial standing with a 75% reserve level met. For your typical owner here the only major difference is that some (not all, we do have up to 1/3 acre lots) of the homes have smaller lot sizes, but you'll know that when you tour the home.

Interesting...I don't think I'm aware of the "land inside the fence line" ownership concept. I'm just across Parmer and the 'crick' at Overlook(Avery Ranch). Our monthly dues have increased to $250/mo; but that does include the dues to the master HOA for Avery Ranch's amenities(5 tennis courts, 5 pools), trash and landscaping. Are the Wilson residents responsible for maintaining the yards within the fence lines? Landscaping is a big bugaboo for us, as we are currently looking for a new vendor(or some serious re-negotiations with our current landscape company). Our 74-unit complex has separate landscaping vs the master @ Avery Ranch.
