Hi all! Moving to the area and trying to decide on neighborhoods. Wondering what Davenport Ranch is like. Are there many young families? We're worried it might be a little pretentious; would that be an accurate description of the place? Is there a sense of community in the neighborhood? Looking for any input!
Thanks!

Average listing price almost $1.4 million...no wonder I don't know anything about it!

Why are you considering Davenport Ranch? Schools? Proximity to work? 360 traffic can be a nightmare - they're adding more offices and traffic lights close to DR with no new traffic lanes - so traffic will get worse.

Davenport Ranch is a part of Westlake which has a good sense of community. The school district is one of the best in the Austin area outside of private schools. Westlake high school is ranked exceptionally high in the state. Traffic can be a little challenging. All in All a great place to live.
