I can understand people painting their walls to suit their tastes, but wallpaper, in my opinion, is just criminal. Trying to remove it is a pain!

Well in my case it was VERY hard to get down because of the height of it. I had to pay someone to do it of course since I have issues with climbing ladders, frankly its not the fear of heights, its the fear of falling from them.

Me too! I don't trust ladders at all. My ex-boyfriend fell off of my old house from the roof using an unsturdy ladder. He brought the gutters down with him as he was falling to save himself. I was surprised he didn't end up in the hospital, but he did have back pain for years.

I would pay to have those removed too! I once had to deal with some that was painted over. Not fun. Fortunately it was paper and the special soap you can get to remove it worked pretty well.

Wall paper is too hard to change compared to paint!

i have recently been looking around to purchase a new home. The problem i am encountering besides poor color and decorating is the fact that people leave strange items out and lots of clutter, for gods sake shovel your junk into boxes and be glad when your overpriced house sells!!!!
