I need to remove the old blown insulation and some rolled insulation in my attic. Then I want to do some repairs (vent bathrooms to outside instead of attic, lay down "walkway" up there) and put in spray-foam insulation.

Can anyone recommend someone to provide this service?

The blown stuff is dirty, dusty, prickly.., and who knows what's tumbled in there with it? Nasty, nasty stuff.

I know you dont want to hear it, but its 1000$ vs 5-10000$. Just a suggeestion, its your money. put on a good mask, longsleeve, goggles and do your repairs, if you properly ventilate your attic, you shouldnt have to worry about bathrooms into attics, just vent them up a few feet, someguys make a loop to trap anything that might come back in. Ventilation is good in your attic, it should use an evenly spread top to bottom style ventilation plan. Venting bathrooms outside is asking for wind to push air into your bathroom, or vacuum it out! The temp of your attic wont matter much if you blow in r-50. Sounds like you want to use your attic for storage? Carefull, trusses use #3lumber and stick builts will settle if you add weight off of a load wall. Todays blow in, is alot easier to be around, and will cover the old stuff, for the savings.....how often do you visit your attic??? You can have 5000$+ in your pocket, or easy to be around white fluffy stuff in your attic that you visit once a year?Plus, blow in professionals can be in and out in an hour or less, Foam is much more time consuming in the attic.
