Thank you! I couldn’t believe the comments. Arrogant and snobbish and stereotyping anything outside of City of Atlanta. Guess I shouldn’t expect much better from Curbed but yikes.

Anyway, this looks great. Hope it lifts up the whole Fayetteville area.

THE UPDATES KEEP COMING:

We are thrilled to announce our first downtown restaurant, BRAISE. Focusing on locally sourced and organic ingredients, @beardfoundation grant-winner Tanya Jimenez-Le and her husband Michael Le will provide a casual yet refined dining experience with European, New American and Asian influence (with a hint of southern flare).

That's the Curbed comments section for you. I read it once or twice a week just for kicks and to remind myself how unpleasant some people are.

Seriously....here are some of my favorites:

Developers/realtors are constantly trying to move the goal posts on what constitutes "urban", or "mixed-use", or any of the other trendy buzzwords.
Right, because "urban fabric", "vibrancy", and (worst of all) "human scale" aren't trendy buzzwords.

Can someone explain to me the difference between street-front vibrant districts and what we see in these renderings. These look nothing related to a strip mall.
