Can you live permanently on a houseboat on the lake in Lake Havasu City? If so, can someone share where to find more information about this, I am not having any luck. Thank you.

Not real practical in my opinion..

You might be able to rent some sort of slip at the LHC marina for a boat that large (end tie) but the marina does not have showers in the bathrooms. There is also limited AC power at the docks and its generally one socket shared with a bunch of slips plus the sockets are lower power 110 15 amp. The AC power is not intended for one boat to be hooked up all the time, more for occasional use where the sharing works. I dont believe there are pump out facilities at the marina and Im not sure if there are pump out facilities anywhere on the lake but could be wrong.

The marina is about the only place where you could live in a boat and leave a car in their parking lot. There are BLM ($$) and State Park ($$$) boat in camp sites (pay per day) but all remote and definitely no place to keep a car close by

Does this include the summers? Have you been there in the summer? Seriously HOT.. You need Air conditioning with big electric usage even in a fairly well insulated home. Im assuming house boats arent well insulated with double pane windows, etc. Without any place to really plug in to get power, I can image needing to run a genset almost continuously for months on end.

I would speculate there is a reason you cant find any info on full time house boat living.
