I live in Yuma and was recently diagnosed with having dust and dust mite allergies in April. No antihistamines seem to help me feel better. In Indiana, I used to love to go outside and actually could go outside. Now, the only thing I feel like doing is watching TV and using my computer. In Yuma, I leave the house and can hardly breathe.

Sounds like the way my husband became in Phoenix.

I don't think dust mites are much of a problem in AZ, they need high humidity to live.

Dust Mites

You might be alergic to them, but in AZ it's not something to worry about unless your house is very unusual.

I live in Seattle, dust mite central, and Flonase is what works for me. It might help with your allergy, whatever it is.
