i have the groundal sandals, the earth shoes with a copper thingy in leather soles, two small earthing mats that i place bare feet on while laptopping... and walk near waters edge as much as I can barefoot - grass is iffy. so many chemicals. so that's a toss.
i have nothing "grounded" per se, that is tied to a rod outside in the ground, but that may change. i have been following this for a few years now. I did not keep records of feelings, etc. Just go with the flow. Doesn't harm so I continue - could be the placebo. For I do want nature/earth to make me feel good. And it does
