I am currently mod for the Alabama forums. To reiterate, divisive politics is not appropriate for this forum. Calmly discussing local politics is fine. Example - Allowed - "It looks like Mobile is increasingly voting Democratic." Not allowed - "It looks like Mobile is increasingly voting Democratic, now the city will be ruined like all the other Democratic cities in the US." Allowed - "How do you think the new mayor is doing?" Not allowed - "He's just as bad as all the other GOP mayors, they don't care about people."
