  • High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food in the process of reheating for hot holding has not reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit after more than 2 hours-chili on stove since 8:15 now 10:00. Chili temped at 115° advised break into two batches and rapid reheat to 165°. First batch will only make temp with rapid reheat. manager and employees working on correcting. No stop sale issued as manager and employees immediately moved to higher heat and rapidly finished reheat.
