Upon callback on 7.29.2010, Shift Manager, Mary Lopez has taken food certification exam, as per store manager Steven Sekey, but has not yet received test scores or certification. As per Steven Sekey, Mary's exam was held June 30, 2010 thru National Restaurant Association. Instructor Neil Brown.
