All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN INTERIOR OF 2 COMPARTMENT SINK, ALSO CLEAN SHELVES THROUGHOUT , DUST BUILD-UP
