All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; COOLERS, MICROWAVE OVEN AND FRYER.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS AT CORNERS AND ALONG WALLS THRU-OUT PREMISES INCLUDING BASEMENT.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPLACE DAMAGED CEILING PANELS THRU-OUT PREMISES.

All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE FRYER AND CHEST FREEZERS.

Bactericidal treatment shall consist of exposure of all dish and utensil surfaces to a rinse of clean water at a temperature of not less than 180F.OBSERVED EMPLOYEE WASHING DISHES AT 3- COMPARTMENT SINK WASHING MULITUSE UTENSILS WITH SOAPY SPONGE AND RINSING DISHES UNDER RUNNING WATER AND PLACING UTENSILS ON DISH RACK WITHOUT SANITIZING.INSTRUCTED 2 TIMES ON SETTING UP SINK TO WASH,RINSE & SANITIZING STILL NOT SETTING UP SINK CONTINUED TO WASH DISHES HER WAY.MANAGER ARRIVED & SHOWED EMPLOYEE HOW TO SET UP SINK PROPERLY.

Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination.
