A catch pan was placed under a sweaty pipe in the store room.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Clean and reseal the corner behind the hotline hand sink so it is smooth and sanitary. Clean off sticky residue on the lexan food containers.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Repair the damaged baseboard corner next to the pizza station.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. The buildup on the walk-in cooler ceiling was washed, rinsed and sanitized at this time.

Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. Invert the to go containers in the wait station and remove the knives from the sanitizer in the front kitchen.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Regrout damaged floor tiles under the bar and in the dishroom so the floors are smooth and sanitary.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Clean the dirty walls under the dishmachine and pot sink areas.
Find and repair the clean water leak in the hot water heater area.

ICE CREAM SCOOPS AND KNIVES ARE STORED IN LIQUIDS, INSTALL A DIPPING WELL FOR ICE CREAM SERVICE. Any food utensils that are stored in any standing water or sanitizer must be removed. Air dry all multi-use dispensing and cutting equipment after sanitizing. A copy of the related I.D.P.H. technical bulletin was left on premises.
