All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health.OBSERVED INADEQUATE DISH WASHING FACILITIES. SPRAYER AT 3- COMP SINK IN POOR REPAIR,NOT ABLE TO STAY OPEN,AND NO FAUCET. MUST INSTALL FAUCET AT SINK AND REPLACE SPRAYER. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED.
