All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Any clutter in clean line room/ office must be better organized or removed/store above the floor to monitor cleaning & pest.

REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY AND SEAL UP GAPS WHERE HARBORAGE IS OCCURRING.
