The walls and ceilings shall be in good repaiBOWLr and easily cleaned. BIG GAP ON THE WALLS BEHIND THE TOILET , WASHROOM (EMPLOYEES WASAHROOM). MUST SEAL THE GAP TO PREVENT INSECTS ENTRANCE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST REMOVE ALL THE CARDBOARD BEING USED AS A LINER IN THE DRAWER OF THE PREP TABLE. NEED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL THE SHELVE OF THE CHEMICALS IN THE STORAGE AREA.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL ALL THE EXTERIOR AND SIDES OF THE STOVE, GRILL,DEEP FRYER, BROILER WITH GREASE AND DUST BUILT UP.
MUST CLEAN THE FLOOR UNDER THE ICE MACHINE AND REPAIR MISSING AND BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA AND UNDER ALL THE COOKING EQUIPMENT AND MAINTAIN.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. MISSING END CAPS ON THE LIGHT BULB INSIDE THE REACH IN COOLER. MUST PROVIDE END CAPS.

Floors inside walk-in cooler and rear storage room not maintained. Instructed to replace missing and damaged floor tile with non-porous surface.
Walls and ceiling not maintained in rear storage room. Instructed to seal all openings and holes and/or repaint.
Hot water pressure low in employees toilet room. Instructed to increase water under city pressure.
Stock and supplies in rear storage room not properly stored. Instructed to elevate supplies 6 inches or higher off floor and away from wall.
Interior ice machine panel and soda gun holders not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize daily.

Non food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving/racks that had rust, shall be replaced, cooler shelving that had peeling paint, shall be repaired/sealed.
