INSTRUCTED MUST REMOVE ALL OPEN CONTAINERS OF GARBAGE. REMOVE OVERFLOWING GARBAGE AND PROVIDE TIGHT FITTING LIDS FOR CONTAINER. REMOVE ALL DEBRIS FROM GROUNDS OF SURROUNDING AREA AT OUTSIDE WASTE RECPTACLE.
