SEAL OPENING UNDER SINK AROUND PIPE FITTING IN ROOM B WASHROOM. CLEAN ABOVE DOOR FRAME NEAR ROOM A (SPIDER WEBS) AND REPAIR STRIP BETWEEN DOORS. REPLACE STAINED CEILING TILES IN HALLWAY.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELD ABOVE 2-COMP SINK IN PREP AREA.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.NEED TO REPAIR TOP STEP GOING TO THE BASEMENT.
