The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN STARBUCKS PREP AND IN TARGET CAF??? AREA ESPECIALLY UNDER AND AROUND COOLERS AND FREEZERS, UNDER AND AROUND CO2 TANK AND UNDER AND AROUND DISH MACHINE WITH HEAVY LIME AND DIRT BUILD-UP IN REAR AREA.-----MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS IN REAR FOOD AND NON FOOD STORAGE AREA, ALONG THE WALLS, UNDER STORAGE SHELVES, AND UNDER AND AROUND BAILER.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN WALLS WITH DRIED FOOD SPILLS IN TARGET CAFE PREP AREA.----NOTED DUST BUILD-UP AROUND LIGHTSHIELDS IN HOOD (EXHAUST) IN REAR TARGET CAFE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
