Nov 8, 2012Evidence or rodent activity found rear dry storage areas. Observed mice dropping-approximately 30 behind chest freezer along east wallbase. Rear exit door has 1 inch gap at bottom right corner. Instructed to rodent proof door to prevent rodent and insect entry. Instructed to remove all rodent activity and have licensed pest control service premises. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
Light bulbs above the 1 door cooler in kitchen area must be shielded.
Replace water staiined ceiling tiles along front service areas,walls along the 3 compartment sink areas must be smoooth,easily cleanable surfaces.
The Kitchen cooking equipments and attached pipings,interior compartmentments of deep fryers,stoves,tops/bottoms of tables,interior shelvings of the walk-in-cooler require a detail cleaning.
Unnecessary articles must be removed from the premises,remaining articles must be properly stored 6' off floor/wall for easier cleaning.
